Charles earned his MSc in Medical Genetics and Microbiology from the University of Toronto—conducting research in the field of virology—and earned an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University—majoring in Strategy and Marketing.
Since 2008, Charles has led hundreds of life sciences strategy projects and has established notable expertise in policy strategy for industry, research strategy for academia and organizational strategy for not-for-profits.
