Our first workshop of the year is taking place next week and is a highly requested one:

January 2021 Workshop: What is R?

You asked, and we’re happy to present our most introductory R workshop yet. We’ll be going over the building blocks of R Programming and the language (syntax) in which R coding works. This workshop is for all who’ve been wanting to start learning R but don’t where to start, or have found that they want to better their basics of this programming language.

Time: 3 – 4 p.m. PST

Pre-requisites: None!

TOG is the resident data analysis and bioinformatics trainee support group at BC Children’s Hospital Research Institute. Our workshops and seminars focus on the analysis methodologies used in biomedical healthcare research and are open to all UBC-affiliated students and staff.
