The workout to conquer cancer is back! It’s an initiative by the BC Cancer Foundation to encourage us to move for those who aren’t able to and runs for the whole month of May. You can participate by:
Going for a run, walk, bike ride, dance or an intententional movement everyday
Logging your activity daily or weekly to hold yourself accountable
Join the GrasPods Strava club!
